Dodompa Vs Final Cannon

Dodompa - Fast so fast it eliminates one of the ways npcs can dodge it, but low on damage

Final Cannon - Avg Damage, normal speed.

Which is better?

Dodompa would be better, if the skills had their own cool downs, but since Dodompa does less damage and has the same CD, and there is still a decent chance for dodging, In my opinion Final Cannon is better.
